We will file a claim with the shipping company and have a replacement item shipped to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). We will not wait for the shipping company to complete their investigation and will ship your replacement ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping department. The shipping company will investigate as usual and may contact you with more details.

We will file a claim with the shipping company and begin an internal investigation. We allow 3 business days (Monday - Friday) to conduct an internal investigation, if you are concerned about theft, please purchase shipping protection or use a shipping address from a business or other secure location.
